Sealing Ring

The primary characteristics of corrosion-resistant fluororubber rings are heat resistance and solvent resistance, along with effective chemical resistance and resistance to reactive oxygen species, and they also exhibit extremely low outgassing. Even under extremely harsh operating conditions, they still exhibit excellent wear resistance. Fluororubber can withstand operating temperatures of +200 degrees Celsius or higher and can also tolerate short-term operation under diaphragm vacuum pump conditions.
Fluororubber is resistant to oil, gear oil, gasoline, diesel, lubricating fluids, strong oxidizers, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and aromatic hydrocarbons. However, it cannot be used in the presence of esters, ethers, ketones, certain amines, and fluorinated water hydrogen at sustained high temperatures.
