Sealing Ring

Neoprene O-rings exhibit excellent resistance to sunlight and weather conditions. They are resistant to refrigerants such as dichlorodifluoromethane and ammonia, dilute acids, and thermal grease-based lubricants, but they swell significantly in mineral oils with a low aniline point. At ultra-low temperatures, they are prone to crystallization and hardening. They are suitable for various sealing applications that require resistance to air, sunlight, reactive oxygen, and various levels of flame resistance and solvent resistance. They are not recommended for use in strong alkalis, fluorobenzenes, lipids, ethers, and phenothiazine-based organic chemicals. The general application temperature range is -55°C to 120°C.
