Skeleton Oil Seal

Customized skeleton seals for fluorine rubber oil seals, commonly referred to as sealing rings, serve to protect components in the transmission system that require lubrication from environmental factors, preventing lubricating grease from leaking. The frame, akin to the structural reinforcement in concrete engineering, serves to strengthen and maintain the shape and support of the sealing ring.
They are classified into single-lip frame seals and double-lip frame seals based on their structural forms. The secondary lip of the double-lip frame seal serves as an anti-contamination function, preventing external dust, debris, and other contaminants from entering the interior of the equipment.
