Nitrile rubber skeleton oil seal: The skeleton seal is a classic example of a sealing ring, commonly referred to as a sealing ring. The function of a sealing ring is generally to protect the components that require lubricating oil in the transmission assembly from the output components, preventing leakage of lubricating grease.
Based on structural forms, they are classified into single-lip frame seals and double-lip frame seals. The secondary lip of the double-lip frame seal serves as an anti-contamination function, preventing external dust, debris, and other contaminants from entering the internal structure of the equipment. According to frame types, they can be divided into encapsulated frame seals, exposed frame seals, and assembled building seals. Based on operational standards, they are classified into rotating frame seals and reciprocating frame seals. They are used in automotive gasoline crankshafts, diesel engine crankshafts, transmissions, transfer cases, shock absorbers, automobile engines, trailer axles, and other locations.
